13U Football Exposure Notification 9/17/21
To Whom it May Concern:

We have been notified that we have a potential Covid-19 exposure on our 13U level. A mandatory quarantine is now in effect for all 13U coaches and players. Today (9/17/21), we received notice that a member of the Providence Patriots 13U team has tested positive for Covid-19. This participant was involved in Sunday's game (9/12/21). After consulting with the RI Department of Health they have informed us that anyone who is unvaccinated is required to quarantine for 10-days. However, after 5-days (which will be Friday 9/17/21) you can get tested. If the test is deemed negative, then you are cleared to resume activities after 2 more days of quarantine (9/19/21). If you are fully vaccinated and have symptoms you should follow the above quarantine protocol. For additional information please see the RI Department of Health at

We have contacted the league and have informed them of this exposure. The 13U game scheduled for Sunday September 19, 2021 can still be played if players receive a negative Covid test prior to 2PM on Sunday 9/19/21. 12U Football Exposure Notification 8/31/21
To Whom it May Concern:

We have been notified that we have a potential Covid-19 exposure on our 12U level. A mandatory quarantine is now in effect for all 12U coaches and players. Today (8/31/21), we received notice that a member of the Fairlawn Cardinals 12U team has tested positive for Covid-19. This participant was involved in Sunday's game (8/29/21). After consulting with the RI Department of Health they have informed us that anyone who is unvaccinated is required to quarantine for 10-days. However, after 5-days (which will be Friday 9/3/21) you can get tested. If the test is deemed negative, then you are cleared to resume activities after 2 more days of quarantine (9/5/21). If you are fully vaccinated and have symptoms you should follow the above quarantine protocol. Any siblings of the 12U team should follow the above protocol as well. After speaking to the RI Department of Health they have informed us that anyone who is unvaccinated is required to quarantine for 10-days. However, after 5-days (which will be Wednesday 9/1/21) you can get tested. If the test is deemed negative, then you are cleared to resume activities after 2 more days of quarantine (9/3/21). If you are fully vaccinated and have symptoms you should follow the above quarantine protocol. Any siblings of the 13U team should follow the above protocol as well.
